In the near future the Court will consider another case against the company Activision Blizzard. A gamer Eric Estavillo requires the company Activision Blizzard amount of one million U.S. dollars. One might think that this is another case against a leading manufacturer of computer games, but the cause of action, to put it mildly, very surprising.
